Take us to your personal story. Sure, Jai. I mean most of most of my professional career you spoke about taking a lot of interest in technology right from very early in my in my student life and then went through the standard routine, got my engineering degree, grew up in Chennai and then got my BE school degree in Management from Lucknow, but you know kind of following the same route and technology and IT services. I got the chance very early in my career to get into G Healthcare. So I actually worked in G Health Care for 12 years across multiple routes. That's where I would say, you know, the kind of foundation of all the stuff that I'm dabbling in right now actually kind of got set. I always knew or was always wanted to do something on my own very early in my career or even before I got into professional career, but you know, I think the experience that I spent in the healthcare industry for 12 years that kind of gave a lot of learning. So, you know, I was in an organization where if you were decently good you got put through the wringer across multiple functions and you know working in India during that time, you know the last decade or so kind of becomes very clear to you the opportunities that were there in healthcare, right? I think healthcare is kind of a no-brainer in terms of the kind of change that you can bring using technology and when using technology or even on technology, so I've just so that is the missing piece in the interaction. Right? I mean, I think the healthcare industry experience really, you know that really thankful for that that kind of set the tone for what I'm doing right now and what I hope to do for the next whatever, you know rest of my career. Okay, great. Great story there so you what with G for 12 years. Wow, that's awesome. So let me ask you something there. G is a massive company. I mean one of the top five Brands and in the world, right and you work for a massive organization and now you're working on your own startup tell me what is the big difference you find in the both organizations, in terms of work. Yes. Sure. Sure, you know the driver also to kind of start up right was was that you know in a young organization like a start-up which is smaller, finding its feet. It's it's much more Dynamic, right? You're able to pick one piece which you're passionate about right? In health care if you just take the healthcare example, I mean G is a massive organization like you said, working in multiple Industries not just in health care, but their energy, Aviation, etc. Etc. Just in health care, There are about a million opportunities that you can pursue. As a start-up, the advantage that you have is you kind of pick one piece of the puzzle that you would like to solve, you know, as as an entrepreneur you want to be passionate about that one thing that you want to solve and you want to focus all your energy and Resources in in trying to solve that in a large organization, you know one is you know, the dynamism is organization show different types of different types of dynamism, but for a large organization to kind of pick one small opportunity and pursue, you know for an organization like G, it has to be a billion dollar opportunity. Right? Right right from the get-go. A start-up doesn't you know doesn't come with those qualms right doesn't have those challenges right? I can look at an opportunity. which doesn't even have a business proposition today, but I think it will solve a problem for a large population. Right? I think that's the big difference personally from a / in a professional environment. What's different is in a start-up I can make my decision today and get into execution tomorrow right? Obviously in a large organization, you know the process of going from you know, let's look at these ideas and then kind of sifting through the different things that we want to do and then actually making a decision who is actually executing it, We're talking about 6 to 12 months, right? Yeah, you know, I had seen these Cycles over over for multiple years, right? Yeah. The decision making process is wrong. Absolutely. Absolutely. So, you know, maybe the analogy is a start-up is like a Motocross cycle, you know turning it around as fast. G is like a You know ocean liner, you know, you carrying a lot of people you carrying a lot of Revenue turning it around, you know, it has to be driven by multiple strategic decisions at multiple levels, I guess. Yeah, absolutely.
